Aerial Drone Photography  (Coming Soon - December 2016)

With a FAA license for Commercial Aerial Drone Photography, we can provide beautiful detailed photographs of your home and property to help sellers market your home that is listed for sale.  These photographs help potential buyers visualize the home's layout and offer intriguing angles to showcase your home in a unique way, making it stand apart from other home listings in advertising materials and sites.  In certain situations, we will also utilize our Aerial Drone Photography capabilities to assist our home inspection process in evaluation of inaccessible areas such as steep-pitch roofs.

Property Management

We offer Property Management Services which are customized to each homeowner's needs.  We can help you preserve the value of your vacation or rental property and reduce the stress of maintenance associated with long-distance ownership.  Services may include winterization chores, seasonal maintenance checks and small repairs, and notification of any damage or large repairs needed due to factors such as water leaks, renter damage, storm damage, or even wildlife incursions (bear break-ins, hornet's nests, etc).  When the schedule allows, we are able to perform many types of repair jobs for your property... or else provide you with a list of local, reliable repairmen.  We can then offer to assist you with supervision of the repairs, saving you costly travel time and worry.  Contact us to discuss your particular situation and property management needs.
